Hello readers!
I have a post of best books I read this year coming out, but I thought it would also be interesting to list which of the books that were published this year, regardless of when I read them, were the best ones in my opinion. Since I read a lot of eARCs, I thought this would be a list a bit different from the other one and still interesting to read!
Not necessarily all books I put here will be on my “Best Of” post. For example, for the Wintersong duology, I loved both books, but I don’t want to be repetitive, so I added only the first book to that post. I also created this post separately in order to have a master list of books published this year which I liked very much, so I will keep updating this as I read more.
Benefits of being an octopus was pretty great!hope you get a chance to get to it in the new year ..and like it 🙂

That’s so good to know, I hardly heard anything about this book and definitely need to get to it soon! 🙂 Now I’m more excited to do that!

Great post! 🙂

So many amazing books!
I haven’t read any of the ones you featured but I definitely hope to in 2019. The Immortalists, Truly Devious, and Nine Perfect Strangers are books I hope I get around to reading in 2019.
My favorite book read of 2018 was YOU by Caroline Kepnes.
Currently reading To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han.

I haven’t read YOU yet, but I’ve been thinking about it! Did you watch the Netflix adaptation?

Yeah, the 1st Season on Lifetime finished not too long ago. The show was perfectly adapted from the book. A few changes here and there, but still really well done. I thought it was perfect on Lifetime but season 2 will be transferring to Netflix full time. Definite recommend for both book and show!
