The Sunday Snuggle: Weekly Wrap Up W4/2020

Hello readers!

This week I spent mostly reading Ducks, Newburyport which means I had no new reviews to post and had to post creative stuff instead and then I found 2 posts on my drafts that I started writing like a year ago. It was fun writing something different from my usual reviews + wrap up, and they fared really well!

Book Blogging: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

In a week it’s February and I have a TON of books to read that month, but I’m like, halfway through Ducks and I have no idea how I’m supposed to read all those other books, too. Thankfully it’s a leap year so I get an extra day? Yay? We’ll see how all the stuff I wanna read this month will actually go… I think I gotta write a post on that so I can keep track of the books I want to read.

Ducks, Newburyport by Lucy Ellman / Goodreads Ongoing

As said, I’m about halfway through and still really enjoying this! I’m curious to see where it ends because there doesn’t seem to be an actual plot, but the main character is really funny and I baked this week for the first time in maybe a year because she keeps talking about her baking all the time and I got hungry.

American Predator: The Hunt for the Most Meticulous Serial Killer of the 21st Century by Maureen Callahan / Goodreads Ongoing

I’m almost done with this one! It’s really interesting and I’m creeped out by the guy. What a calculist son of a. Very good book!

  1. I’ve been seeing Ducks everywhere, this is literally like the 5th time I’ve seen it in the past two weeks so maybe it’s a sign I should read it 😂This weekend I started American Royals and so far so good! It’s juicy and going by quickly.

    • Maybe you see Ducks everywhere because there’s like 2 people reading it but it’s taking 3 months so that’s all they talk about! Hahaha I think it’s an interesting book and definitely worth picking up, but the style isn’t for everyone… I hope you like it! 😀

      American Royals sounds REALLY fun!
